Keep sectors in separate lists so Agencies never mix with Restaurants. Import and add contacts into the list you have selected. Removing a bounced contact stops DeliverIQ from emailing them again. It cannot cancel a Gmail retry that already started.

If Gmail says it will retry a bounced address for 45 hours, that retry is inside Gmail. DeliverIQ cannot stop it. Check Gmail bounces, remove those contacts, and they will not get a follow-up from this app.
